Our recruitment process

1 to 3 days process that involves actively seeking out and advertising to potential candidate with the best skills, experience, and personality to fit the job. It requires a series of collecting and reviewing resumes, conducting job interviews, and finally selecting and onboarding an employee to start working for the organization.

Company Orientation

A 3 hours orientation to integrate employees into their new work environment. Our goals of orientation are to familiarize new hires with our organization’s history, current undertakings, and future plans and to inform them about relevant policies and procedures.

Occupational Health and Safety Training

An 8 hours seminar to ensure that all employees and workers are inducted and aware of the health and safety practices in their workplace.

A 3 hours coaching received by the employees with the goal of improving support and satisfaction among customers.
